What we do

Primary care, start to finish

Preventive care, sick visits, chronic disease management and the lab work that goes with them — drawn in our office, not across town.

Preventive care

Annual physicals, cancer screenings, wellness exams for men and women, and work or school physicals.

Chronic conditions

Blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid management, with follow-up that does not let you drift.

In-house lab & EKG

Blood drawn at your visit and EKGs on site, so results come back faster and you make one trip instead of two.

The name

安 — safe. 寧 — calm.

In Chinese, (An) means safe and secure, and (Ling) means tranquility and stabilization. The practice is built to earn both words: a soothing office, unhurried appointments, and a provider who knows your history before you sit down.

Building a trusting provider–customer relationship is the point, not a side effect. We believe in practising care from the heart — and that takes a team, not a fifteen-minute slot.
