Questions about services
If your provider has ordered a fasting panel, yes — and it must be drawn in the morning. Lab hours are 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM in Sunrise and 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM in Coconut Creek, with fasting draws in the morning only.
Yes. Bring the form with you and we will complete and sign it at the visit. Student physicals are covered in more detail on our student health page.
That is the intention — continuity of care is one of the reasons patients stay with us. Each provider works set days at each office, so choose the location and day that matches your provider. Schedules are listed on the team page.
