Chinese-speaking primary care in Broward County

If you want to discuss your health directly with a Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking primary care provider, start by choosing the clinician who speaks your preferred language. Anling Health has two offices in Broward: Sunrise and Coconut Creek.

Our board-certified family nurse practitioners offer primary care, preventive visits and chronic condition follow-up. Provider schedules vary by office, so confirm the clinician, language and location before traveling.

Coming from elsewhere in South Florida?

For patients considering travel from Palm Beach or Miami-Dade, compare the actual route to each Broward office, provider days and the practicality of follow-up visits. Call before making the trip. The practice's offices are in Sunrise and Coconut Creek; choose the location that makes ongoing care practical for you.

Primary care and visit preparation

Anling offers preventive visits and physicals, chronic condition management, sick visits and women's and men's wellness care. Both offices have in-house blood draws and EKGs. The provider determines which tests or follow-up are appropriate for your visit.

Bring your medication and supplement list with doses, allergies, recent results you already have and the questions you want to discuss. Ask the office how to share records and whether any ordered test requires preparation. Read the English first-visit guide or 繁體中文初診指南.

Costs and insurance

Published self-pay fees are $100 for a new-patient visit, $88 for follow-up and $55 for an EKG. Laboratory tests are billed separately. Confirm the current fee, any forms or additional services, and the cost of your specific tests before your visit. See self-pay pricing or 自費價格. If using insurance, confirm participation in your exact plan.

Arranging care in your language

How do I request a Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking clinician?

Call your preferred office, name the provider and say which language you want to use during the consultation. Ask staff to confirm the provider's availability and the location. A language offered by the front desk does not establish that every clinician speaks it.

Does written Chinese preference determine which provider I should see?

Choose your clinician by the language you want to speak during the visit. Separately, tell the office whether you prefer Traditional or Simplified Chinese for written material and ask what is available. This website's Chinese guides use Traditional Chinese; writing systems do not correspond one-to-one with Mandarin or Cantonese.

Can I see the same clinician for follow-up?

Request your preferred clinician when arranging the next visit and confirm their office day. Ask how results will be communicated and when to return so the travel and follow-up plan fit your needs.
