Testing with your primary care
Both Anling Health offices draw blood on site and offer EKGs. Your provider determines which tests are appropriate. Before arriving, confirm the order, appointment arrangements, preparation and cost with your chosen office.
8:30 AM–3:30 PM
8395 West Oakland Park Blvd, Suite E & F9:00 AM–3:30 PM
5300 West Hillsboro Blvd, Suite 100These are the practice’s published weekday lab hours. Both offices close for lunch from noon to 1:30 PM. Fasting labs are drawn in the morning only. Saturday office visits are by appointment; call to confirm whether your test can be arranged on a particular day. Check holiday closures before traveling.
Not all blood work requires fasting, and preparation can differ by test. Ask the office for the instructions for your order rather than assuming every panel is the same. If anything is unclear, contact the office before your draw.
When you call, ask whether you need an appointment, whether the order is on file, and what paperwork to bring. If another clinician ordered the test, ask whether the office can perform that particular draw and how the results will reach the ordering clinician.
Our student health services include immunity titers and TB screening for school or clinical-program requirements. Bring the exact requirements and deadline so the office can discuss the appropriate arrangements. A test name on a school form does not establish its availability on every day.
Laboratory work is billed separately from a self-pay office visit. The cost depends on which tests are ordered. Ask the front desk for the price of your specific panel before the draw and confirm how any outside laboratory charges are handled.
The published self-pay list includes an EKG at $55, effective January 1, 2024 and subject to change. Confirm current pricing and whether a separate consultation or other service is needed for your appointment. Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your specific plan and order.
Before testing, ask who will review your results, how you will receive them and when to contact the office if you have not heard back. An in-house blood draw does not mean every test is processed in the office or has a same-day result. Turnaround depends on the test and laboratory.
Both offices offer in-house draws. Ask the office in advance whether the timing of your visit, test order and preparation allow the draw to take place at the same appointment.
The practice draws fasting labs in the morning only. Sunrise lab hours begin at 8:30 AM and Coconut Creek at 9:00 AM. Confirm the correct arrival time and preparation with the office.
